Terms of Use
Memos Clipper ("the extension") is free, open-source software licensed under the MIT License. By installing or using it, you agree to the points below.
1. Software, not a service
The extension is provided as-is, as a piece of software that runs in your browser. It does not provide any hosted service. There is no account, no subscription, and no paid tier. The only backend involved in your use of the extension is the Memos instance you operate or have been granted access to.
2. Your Memos instance, your responsibility
You are responsible for the operation, security, backups and legal compliance of the Memos instance the extension sends data to. The extension's author does not have access to your Memos instance, your access token, or any content you clip.
3. Use of third-party websites
When you clip content from a website (including but not limited to X / Twitter), you remain solely responsible for complying with that website's terms of service and any applicable copyright or data-protection law. The extension only captures content as the direct result of an explicit action you take, and only sends it to your own Memos instance.
4. No warranty
The extension is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the extension is with you.
5. Limitation of liability
In no event shall the author or copyright holder be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the extension or the use or other dealings in the extension.
6. Source code and modifications
The source code is available at github.com/foolgry/memos-clipper under the MIT License. You are free to inspect, modify, self-distribute and self-publish derivative versions subject to the terms of that license.
7. Changes to these terms
Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and committing the change to the public repository.

Memos Clipper（以下简称"本扩展"）是基于 MIT 协议开源的免费软件。安装或使用本扩展即视为你接受以下条款。
1. 是软件，不是服务
本扩展以"原样"作为一段运行在你浏览器中的软件提供，不提供任何托管服务。无账号、无订阅、无付费等级。你使用本扩展时涉及到的唯一后端，是你自己运营或被授权访问的 Memos 实例。
2. 你的 Memos 实例，由你负责
本扩展数据所发送到的 Memos 实例，其运营、安全、备份与法律合规性均由你自行负责。扩展作者无法访问你的 Memos 实例、你的 Access Token 或你剪藏的任何内容。
3. 关于第三方网站的使用
当你从某网站（包括但不限于 X / Twitter）剪藏内容时，你是否遵守该网站的服务条款，以及是否遵守适用的版权和数据保护法律，由你自行负责。本扩展仅在你主动操作时捕获内容，且仅发送到你自己的 Memos 实例。
4. 不提供担保
本扩展按"原样"提供，不附带任何明示或默示的担保，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性或不侵权的担保。扩展质量和性能的全部风险由你承担。
5. 责任限制
无论何种情况，作者或版权人均不对因使用或无法使用本扩展而产生的任何索赔、损失或责任（无论是合同、侵权或其他诉讼理由）承担责任。
6. 源代码与修改
源代码以 MIT 协议公开于 github.com/foolgry/memos-clipper。你可在该协议条款下自由查看、修改、自行分发和自行发布衍生版本。
7. 条款变更
实质性变更会更新上方"最后更新"日期，并提交到公开仓库。
